R. Hiatt Enterprises, LLC is pleased to offer the Hawkins Farm at online timed auction on Wednesday, October 7, 2026, with bidding open from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. ET. The farm sells in two separate tracts, each to its own high bidder without combination: Tract 1, 70.31± acres of upland cropland (63± acres tillable), and Tract 2, 124.19± acres of river-bottom cropland (44.39± acres tillable), hardwood timber, and Vermilion River frontage. Bidding will begin at a stated opening bid for each tract on a dollars-per-acre basis and advance in minimum increments of $100 per acre; each tract sells subject to the Seller's approval of the high bid. You MUST register to bid: all bidders must register at bid.hiattland.com no later than Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET. Earnest money of 10% is paid to the escrow agent at contract signing; closing at the later of 30 days after the sale or completion of the survey.
